2024 National Philippine Parliamentary Internship Program
The National Philippine Parliamentary Program welcomes young professionals of Philippine descent to engage in a summer internship program on Parliament Hill and/or learn as well as contribute to a local Member of Parliament or Senator offices.

Internship Requirements
Who: Young professionals aged 18-25
When: Monday, May 6, 2024 to Friday, June 14, 2024
Where: Member of Parliament Constituency Office or Parliament Office, or Senator Parliament Office
Interns may be sponsored or selected by the Member of Parliament, Senator, or may go through the application process.
The Canada-Philippines Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group
The Canada-Philippines Interparliamentary Friendship Group is spearheading the National Philippine Parliamentary Program to ensure it meets the goals and objectives of the program. Through the six week program, interns will have the opportunity to learn about the Federal Government, the legislative process, and the significance of Philippine representation by meeting with Members of Parliament and Senators.
Embassy of the Philippines
The Embassy of the Philippines will illustrate their role in the community and the country.
They will also share their knowledge of the important relationship between Canada and the Philippines.
